前作『No Country 4 Young Men』から約7年ぶりとなる2ndアルバム。2010年代前半以降、粗悪興業の一員としてHip Hop、Grimeの周縁で活動してきたDEKISHIの集大成的作品。自分自身の情動や、時代のメカニズムに惑わされる人間の姿を研ぎ澄まされた言葉で描き、soakubeatsのダークで情感のあるビートが呼応する。全曲をsoakubeatsがプロデュース。ミキシングエンジニアとしてtofubeatsが参加。マスタリングは得能直也。
